General conditions of sale

These general conditions govern sales made on the site lanoxie.com (hereinafter “the Site”), between any natural person wishing to make a purchase via the Site (hereinafter “the Customer”) and the company operating the Site (hereinafter “the Seller”).

1. Products

The products offered are those described on the Site. lanoxie takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's needs. However, errors or omissions may exist; lanoxie cannot be held liable.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Order

The Customer may place an order on the Site. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by sending a confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can pay by credit card using a secure payment method. All information exchanged is encrypted.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are specified in the Delivery Policy . lanoxie cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. In addition to this legal right, lanoxie offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The Seller's liability shall, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.

8. Personal data

The Customer is informed that his/her personal data is collected for the purpose of processing his/her order and managing the commercial relationship. The Site's Privacy Policy, accessible here , details all applicable provisions.

9. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are subject to the law applicable in France. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence.
