Return period
You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return an item to us if it does not suit you.

Conditions of acceptance
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be:

- In perfect condition
- In its original packaging
Any returned item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
Procedure
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days .
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective product or error on our part during shipping.
Non-refundable items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Reception problem or defective item
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will then issue a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
