Deliveries & Returns
At lanoxie , we make every effort to offer you a smooth and reassuring shopping experience throughout the European Union.
Shipping
Your orders are shipped within 48 working hours maximum.
Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
You will automatically receive two emails:
- Order confirmationShipping notification with tracking number
- Tracking is generally activated 4 days after shipment .
Cancelation
You have 2 hours after ordering to request a cancellation free of charge: contact us at hello@lanoxie.com .
Delivery address
Please check that your address is correct: lanoxie is not responsible for address errors.
If the address is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order ; after this time, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Check with your neighbors or reception services first.
Then contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If the package remains untraceable:
- File a claim with the carrier
- Contact our customer service: hello@lanoxie.com
Important: We cannot guarantee packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, unless lanoxie is responsible.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (EU).
Products must be clean, undamaged, unused , and returned in their original packaging .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Once the package has been received and checked:
- We will refund you within 7 working days.
- The refund includes the price of the product , but not the original delivery costs.
